Refund request

Last June 13 when my husband notice a payment go through on his (Gotyme account ) twice first is 1891 and second is 441 even his card is locked and it was taken by adobe , he reach the bank but they instructed him to reach out the merchant to request the refund since he did not authorized the transaction or the payment. this account is not supposed to be active since i only use it once and i never use it again since i dont really need it . Im not jus aware that the account will be linked to his card and will be deducted automatically with out his permision

I confirm that the refund has been initiated by Adobe  when you cancelled your plan. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed. We appreciate your patience.

You may get a refund if you cancel during the first 14 days

Not using it doesn't cancel any subscriptions.
