I understood that I was enrolling in a 7-day free trial and expected to be charged only after the trial period. However, ₹790 was deducted immediately upon enabling auto-renewal. Since the charge was unexpected and I cancelled the subscription right away, I kindly request a full refund.

trials are one-time only.

 

refunds are automatic and take up to 14 days to complete.

 

meanwhile, check your account to ensure you cancelled everything, https://account.adobe.com
