REFUND REQUEST

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on 26th June 20206.  I noticed the credit card charge on 26th June 2026.  As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.  Please assist with this request?

    With all due respect stop being silly. I have told you where the issue is and your supposed solution is not working. Kindly assist with a real solution

    I have tried that and unfortunately the AI bots are not helping either bacause they are clueless. see what one has responded..  I need a refund please. stop taking me in rounds and circles. kindly

    Adobe initiates an automatic refund when the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.

    Dear Shivangi,

    I got an arbitrary email form Adobe as below. No details were shared. This is quite akward. I noticed that the subscription was debited. Please return my money.
