Hi @Chara10163,
Thank you for reaching out. I checked the account details associated with your Adobe ID and would like to share what I found.
At this time, there are two active subscriptions on the account:
Adobe Acrobat Pro, which has been active for over 6 months and is on a monthly plan with a monthly commitment.
Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, which has been active for approximately 1 year and 3 months and is on an annual plan paid monthly.
I can also see that there are outstanding dues on both subscriptions. As a result, the charges you're seeing are related to the pending balances on these plans.
If you previously canceled either subscription, you should have received a confirmation email from Adobe confirming the cancellation. Could you please check whether you received a cancellation confirmation email and let us know?
Regarding the subscription terms:
For Adobe Acrobat Pro, if you choose to cancel the subscription, you would only be responsible for the current billing period, and the plan would not continue into the next month.
For Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, since it is an annual plan billed monthly, canceling before the end of the commitment term may result in an early cancellation fee, as outlined in the subscription terms.
You can review the subscription terms and cancellation policies here: Adobe Subscription Terms
Additionally, to proceed with canceling a subscription, any outstanding balance on the account would need to be cleared first. Once the pending dues have been resolved, the cancellation option should become available.
I understand this situation can be confusing when charges continue to appear, and I hope the information above helps clarify what is occurring on the account. If you have any questions or if you're able to locate a cancellation confirmation email, please share the details and we'll be happy to help further.
Regards,
Shivangi
