My sister subscribe adobe Photoshop using my name last October 25, 2026 and i got notified stating that adobe trial already ended and deduct my bank account and if i remember few days ago before the trials ends i have already cancelled out the plan and still deduct my bank account. I would like to request a refund for that since my sister subscribe it from the adobe page. Thank you for your consideration.

Did you cancel inside the 14 day limit?

If you cancelled after 14 days there is no refund… there is, in fact, a fee to cancel before the end of the subscription time
