Refund Request

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I’m reaching out to sincerely ask if it would be possible to get a refund for the recent charge on my account.

I signed up for the free trial but unfortunately forgot to cancel it before it expired, which resulted in me being charged for the subscription. I genuinely did not intend to continue with a paid plan, and I wasn’t expecting this charge.

I completely understand that it was my responsibility to cancel before the trial ended, and I take accountability for overlooking it. However, I would really appreciate it if you could consider making an exception and refunding the payment.

I’m currently a student, and this unexpected expense is something I genuinely cannot afford to lose right now. That money is important to me, so getting it back would really make a difference.

I sincerely hope you can understand my situation and consider my request. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance you can provide. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

    Hi @Generous_daydream3598

Thank you for reaching out to the community and for sharing your situation with us.

As we checked your account, we can see that you currently have two subscriptions. Your Adobe Acrobat subscription is in the process of being cancelled, while your Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscription is still active.

If you would also like to cancel the active subscription, you can follow the steps outlined here: Cancellation details for common Adobe plans | Adobe Account.

We can also confirm that a refund has already been initiated. The amount should be credited back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

We hope this helps provide some reassurance and clarity. Please feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for the clarification. I will review the refund eligibility guidelines.

However, could you kindly guide me on how I can directly get in touch with Adobe Support? I would like to speak with a support representative who can personally review my situation and possibly assist me with a refund request.

If possible, could you provide the appropriate contact link or steps to reach their live chat support?

I would really appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your patience and assistance.

You will have to cancel the plan to avoid any further changes. Follow the article linked below

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

Refunds are automatically processed within 10-14 days, if you are eligible. See the following article for more details

Also, make sure that you cancel all the plans that you don’t need. To check the plans you are subscribed to see https://account.adobe.com/plans

    Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to confirm that I have already cancelled my Adobe Acrobat subscription today, November 4, immediately after noticing the unexpected charge of PHP 1,575.

I sincerely hope you could help me process a full refund for this amount.

I understand that the free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription if it isn’t cancelled beforehand. Unfortunately, I genuinely overlooked the cancellation date. I had no intention of continuing with a paid subscription, and I cancelled as soon as I noticed the payment.

I would also like to emphasize that I am currently a student, and PHP 1,575 is a substantial amount for me. I have been carefully managing my finances for my education, and this unexpected deduction has put me in a difficult situation.

I understand that refunds are subject to eligibility, but I am kindly asking if you could consider my circumstances and help ensure that my payment is refunded in full.

If necessary, I would greatly appreciate it if you could escalate my request to a billing specialist or supervisor for further review.

Thank you so much for your understanding. I genuinely hope you can help me get this money back.
