Refund request
I was surprised to see a charge for $29.11 each month since September 1, 2024. I don't recall signing up for the plan and haven't used it once. Could you kindly and gratiously refund me for these 7 months of charges? I'm starting up a business and have very limited income at the moment (and not very good at bookkeeping).
