Hello,

 

I’m reaching out regarding an Adobe subscription that began with a 7-day free trial on 3/12/2024. I believed I had cancelled the trial that same day, but I recently discovered that I’ve been charged $19.99 monthly since then, totaling $339.83.

 

As soon as I noticed the charges, I immediately cancelled the subscription today (7/26/2025). I have not used the service at all since the initial free trial, and the continued billing was entirely unintentional. I sincerely apologize for the delay in noticing, and I would be extremely grateful if you could consider a full refund for these unused charges.

unfortunately, adobe can't determine how much or how little you used the subscription.
