Refund Request

I was charged today for services I don't remember accepting. I had only purchased lightroom a couple of days ago, but some other services were charged today. I have already cancelled those services but would like to get a refund, but I can't find how to do that.

if you cancelled acrobat 2 months ago you will have a confirmation email about 2 months ago.  check your spam folder if you have trouble finding it.  you'll need it to confirm you did cancel and to establish that you shouldn't be charged.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Hi @alex2695398415m3,

Thanks for reaching out. As per your account details, you have an active plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro since 2 months. This is the reason you have been charged.

Adobe Lightroom plan is on trial with 3 days left.

Let us know if you have any questions.

But I was just charged yesterday July 31st for Adobe acrobat pro and cancelled it immediately. Is it possible to get a refund? I won't be making use of its services.
