Hello,

I subscribed to Adobe Scan without realizing it was a recurring subscription. I only used the app for a few days and have not used it since, but I recently found out that I have been charged automatically for about 10 months.

I would like to kindly request a refund for the unused period and also cancel the subscription to prevent further charges.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in processing a refund for the charges made during the period when I did not use the service.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Adobe’s refund policy allows for a full refund only if the subscription is canceled within the first 14 days of purchase. Since your account has been active for about 10 months, it’s unlikely to be eligible for a refund at this stage.

It’s also important to note that the Annual Plan, Paid Monthly includes an early termination fee if canceled before the 12-month term ends. You can find more details in this article: https://adobe.ly/46iN54s

 

That said, I checked the account associated with this email address but couldn’t find any active subscription linked to it. Could you please confirm if you might have used a different email address to subscribe?
