Refund request
Hello, I was very surprised to discover October 20 2025, a charge of 428.59 CHF made on October 18 2025, more than a year after I purchased my first annual plan on September 11 2024. I truly thought I had successfully canceled my account, and the fact that this payment occurred over a month after the renewal date clearly shows that my cancellation request was not processed correctly. I would like to clarify that I have not used this account for several weeks, since my art school now provides us with an institutional Adobe account. As a student, I therefore already have access through my school and no longer need or use this personal subscription. This amount represents a very significant expense for me, one that I simply cannot afford. I sincerely hope that a full refund can be issued, especially considering that I have not used the service at all since the renewal of an account I believed was canceled.
