  • I canceled I canceled a 7-Day free trial before the 7 days I had to ask a agent to cancel it because it wouldn't cancel when I tried to in my online account.  But I got charged for the monthly fee anyways. The email associated with the account is beholds8@gmail.com.  Please refund this and make sure the subscription is in fact canceled so no further payments come out.  Thanks

If you were charged after the trial, you still have 14 days to cancel without being charged anything and getting a full refund.
