Dear Sir I was using your trail version form adobe scanner but it was accidentally debited 6200 from my account without prior information,same time I was cancelled this subscription because it is not useful for me, but after cancellation my refund is not initiated.

So I request you please refund my payment.

    what's it show?

    eg, any payment problems,?
    any subscription?

    This is a public forum, not Adobe support... other users can't help
    You may get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
    After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund
