Refund Request

I was looking for a way to request a refund and it didn't seem possible but I saw others come here so I figured I'd try as well. I had purchased the after effects free trial with the intention of using it until it ended then likely keeping it for a month or so. However, it wasn't compatible with my computer, and while I was waiting to see if I could fix that, I was charged for this month. It totally slipped my mind that the trial was up and I have since realized that it is definitely not possible to use with my computer. I was really hoping I could get a refund, as it's just one month and the service has not been used at all.
