Refund request

I graduated ending of last year and completely forgot to cancel my Adobe. I was never informed from my bank or had any notifications on card saying I was charged, come to find out I've been charged for all of 2025 (it is now mid November) . I only just found out I've been charged because I still have Adobe on my computer and wanted to look at my account, from January to July I was charged $36.64 and from August to Now i've been charged *DOUBLE* that at $73.29. Again I was never informed ONCE from my bank that Adobe would be charging me anything so of course this went under the radar for me. Considering I haven't been using Adobe since the very beginning of January 2025 and was not informed of any charges, I would like to ask for a refund.

for others, if you fail to update your credentials before renewal, you can update afterwards (per @Shivangi_Gupta 's first link) and then change your plan to the education plan, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html

Hi @LiveLavghLove,

Welcome to the Adobe Community!

I reviewed your account details and found that your subscription has been active for 2 years and 3 months. When a student plan renews, it requires re-verification to continue receiving the discounted price. This may explain the increase in your bills over the last three months.

More info: https://adobe.ly/486wel4

I also see that you’ve canceled your subscription, which will remain active until December 19, 2025.

Please note that Adobe offers a full refund only if the subscription is canceled within the first 14 days of purchase, which makes this account ineligible for a refund.

Please refer to this article to get more details: https://adobe.ly/485CRnJ

Let me know if you have any questions.
