Refund request for accidental subscription

Hello Adobe Community Team,

I am writing to report an incorrect charge applied to my account during a free trial subscription.

I signed up for the monthly Adobe Premium services free trial and approved the Google Pay auto-pay mandate with the understanding that the amount would be charged only after the free trial period ends and cancelled the same under free trial period because I am not intrested in the service u hv been providing.

However, to my surprise, an amount of ₹6200 was deducted immediately from my Google Pay account right after activating the free trial. This is incorrect and does not align with the terms of a free trial subscription.

I clearly opted for a free trial, and no upfront payment should have been deducted at this stage. I request Adobe to:

1. Investigate this issue at the earliest

2. Refund the incorrectly charged amount of ₹6200

3. Clarify why the charge was applied despite selecting a free trial plan

Please let me know if any additional details are required from my side to resolve this issue.
