    Thank you for posting, @happy_Glaze656d.

I understand how concerning it can be to cancel a subscription within the refund period and not immediately receive confirmation that the refund is being processed.

I reviewed your account information and can confirm that you started a monthly InDesign subscription on September 22 and canceled it on September 27. You also started a separate annual InDesign subscription on September 27, which remains active.

If your question is about the monthly subscription that was canceled, it was canceled within the applicable refund period, and refunds are processed automatically in accordance with Adobe's subscription terms:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

You may not receive the refund confirmation immediately, so please allow a few business days for the refund email and for the credit to appear with your payment provider.

If you were expecting a refund for the annual subscription instead, please let us know, as that plan remains active, @happy_Glaze656d.

    Hi happy_Glaze656d,

Hi, I can see that your InDesign subscription was canceled successfully.

The subscription ended on September 29, and a refund has already been processed. Refunds can take some time to appear, depending on your payment provider. In most cases, they are completed within 10 to 14 days.

You should also have received an email confirming the cancellation details.

I understand it's frustrating when you're waiting for a refund. Please keep an eye on your account and payment method. If you don't see the refund after the expected timeframe, let us know and we'll be happy to help you check further.

    Thanks
    ^KS
