I forgot to cancel my free trial, and I was charged US$38.16 by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd.
I did not intend to continue the subscription, and I realized the charge only after it was processed.
After the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription plan.

Please process a refund for the US$38.16 payment.

I'm having problems with my Adobe subscription. My account suddenly lost money, and there was no information on my statement. I then contacted the bank's customer service team, who told me that payment was on hold at the Adobe merchant, as my payment was due in four days. I immediately canceled my subscription. Is a refund still possible?
