refund request for accidental subscription renewal

i thought i turned off renewal for my creative cloud subscription that i bought a year ago, on august 26th 2025. it renewed a few days ago, august 26 2026 and i immediately cancelled it. will an automatic refund be made? I cannot afford the price this year.

please help, i do not know what to do. I read that if its cancelled within 14 days it will refund but will that work here as well?
