Refund Request for Adobe Acrobat Premium (Purchased via Google Play – Request Denied)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for guidance regarding a recent subscription charge for Adobe Acrobat Premium purchased through Google Play.

I was charged ₹2,600 for the subscription (Transaction ID: GPA.3347-3337-9327-71229). I submitted a refund request through Google Play, but it was denied under their policy.

This subscription renewal was not intentional, and I have either not used the service or used it minimally. I would like to request help from Adobe regarding a possible refund as a one-time exception.

Has anyone faced a similar situation and successfully received a refund from Adobe after Google denied the request? If so, could you please guide me on the best way to proceed?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I am sorry for your accidental subscription to Adobe Acrobat Premium. I am showing that you canceled the subscription today and that a refund was issued. Please see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 for information on Google Play’s refund process.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions.
