Refund Request for Illustrator Subscription - Just Missed 14-Day Window Due to Personal Emergency

I understand that the refund policy typically allows for cancellations within 14 days. I’m aware that my request comes on the 15th day, but I hope you might kindly consider making an exception in this case.
I subscribed to Illustrator on July 8th, but due to unexpected personal issues, I wasn’t able to use the software at all. I only realized the charge today, and I immediately reached out.
As someone who plans to use Adobe in the future, this situation is truly unfortunate for me. I’ve always held Adobe in high regard, and I hope this experience can still reflect the kind of customer care Adobe is known for.
I’m sincerely asking for your understanding and support in this one-time situation. If it’s at all possible, a refund would be deeply appreciated.
