Refund Request for Unintended Subscription Renewal

I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to request a refund for a subscription renewal that I did not intend to make. On June 20th, I signed up for an Adobe Photoshop plan, mistakenly believing that it was a one-month subscription. However, I failed to cancel the plan, and on July 20th, I was automatically charged for another month.Unfortunately, I do not have plans to use the service moving forward and would like to request a refund for the recent charge made on July 20th.I appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

you'll need to make your case to adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
