Refund Request for Unintended Subscription Renewal

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request a refund for a subscription renewal that I did not intend to make. On June 20th, I signed up for an Adobe Photoshop plan, mistakenly believing that it was a one-month subscription. However, I failed to cancel the plan, and on July 20th, I was automatically charged for another month.

Unfortunately, I do not have plans to use the service moving forward and would like to request a refund for the recent charge made on July 20th.

I appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

you'll need to make your case to adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
