Refund request help

At 9:54 AM on August 1, 2025, while I was asleep, my salary was deposited, and by 10:16 AM, the Adobe subscription fee was automatically charged. I did not intend to continue using the service after the trial period. When I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I received a warning stating that I would need to pay an early termination fee. I kindly request assistance in canceling my subscription and receiving a refund for this charge.

Hi @@H?u_Nguy?n Tr?n Xun8279,

We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you have an active subscription to Creative Cloud Pro since 1 month and 20 days.

The payment is deducted after the free trial ends in 7 days. Adobe also offers full refund if the cancellation is done within 14 days of subscribing. Since you have an annual plan with monthly payment, you may need to pay an early termination fee for cancelling the plan before the term ends.

 Hi @withlj,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account info, you have three active subscriptions with Adobe. You can check the details here: https://account.adobe.com/plans

  1. Adobe Acrobat Pro (monthly plan) since 5+ months with pending dues.
  2. Adobe Acrobat Pro (monthly plan) since 1+ month.
  3. AI Assistant for Acrobat (monthly plan) since 5+ months with pending dues.

As per Adobe’s policy, refund can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase which makes your account ineligible for refund.
If you do not wish to use the application, I would recommend you to clear the pending dues and proceed with cancellation. Please follow these articles for more details:
