Refund Request: Incorrect Billing on Adobe Plan

Hi Adobe Community,

About a month ago, I received an email from Adobe letting me know that my 100GB Pro plan (at a promotional price) would be increasing from $58.29/month to $63.99/month. I understood and accepted this change. I've attached a screenshot as well. 

However, my most recent payment was $113.49/month, which is above the updated price I was notified about. I haven’t made any changes to my plan, so I don’t understand why I was billed almost double.

I’d like to request a refund for the difference between the $63.99 price I was told and the $113.49 I was charged.

Can someone please look into this and advise on the next steps as I can't see anywhere to contact Adobe support about this.

Adobe stated that my 100GB Pro plan (at a promotional price) would be increasing from $58.29/month to $63.99/month. 

 

If Adobe had stated the correct price — $113.49 a month, I would have switched plans because I don't need the full 100GB and this is far more than the promotional price, or the $79.99 for the lower level 20GB plan. 

 

I would either like Adobe to honour their original price which they emailed of $63.99/month for this plan or if not, I would like a refund of the $113.49 within the 14 day payment terms.

Thanks for waiting, Ben.
I reviewed your account details and found that you were getting a promotional price till last billing cycle which has ended now(as mentioned in the email sent by Adobe). This is the reason you are getting billed at the new revised price starting current billing cycle from August 2025.
