Refund Request: Incorrect Billing on Adobe Plan

Hi Adobe Community,
About a month ago, I received an email from Adobe letting me know that my 100GB Pro plan (at a promotional price) would be increasing from $58.29/month to $63.99/month. I understood and accepted this change. I've attached a screenshot as well.
However, my most recent payment was $113.49/month, which is above the updated price I was notified about. I haven’t made any changes to my plan, so I don’t understand why I was billed almost double.
I’d like to request a refund for the difference between the $63.99 price I was told and the $113.49 I was charged.
Can someone please look into this and advise on the next steps as I can't see anywhere to contact Adobe support about this.
