Refund request please

I only intended to use the 7-day trial, but there was no reminder before it expired, and I was automatically charged over 500 HKD. As a student, that amount is too much for me to afford all at once—I had only planned to renew the subscription on a monthly basis. I also tried to request a refund through Apple twice, but both attempts were rejected. Therefore, I hope to apply for a refund here. Thank you for your help.

We understand your concern. Since the subscription was made through a third-party provider (Apple), it is managed entirely by Apple. I can see that you have a 3 day old Acrobat Premium plan. If you cancel it within next 3 days, you should be eligible for full refund.

To manage, cancel, or request a refund for the subscription, you must use Apple’s systems:
