Refund Request – Unexpected Charge After Cancellation Offer

Hello,
I canceled my Adobe subscription approximately three months ago. At the time, I was offered three free months to stay on, which I accepted. I understood this to mean that after the three months ended, my subscription would simply lapse and I would need to actively resubscribe if I wanted to continue.
Instead, I was charged, and I've since discovered the subscription auto-renewed into a paid plan. I did not receive any renewal notice or email ahead of this charge, and I have not used the service during this period.
I'd like to request a full refund for this charge, as it was not my intention to continue the subscription. Please let me know what you need from me to process this.
Thank you,

Daniel

    Thank you for posting, @elegant_Light9d4f.

I understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be to see a charge that you were not expecting, especially when you believed your subscription would end after the promotional offer period.

I can confirm that you already have an active Adobe support case, ADB-47311831-S7M6, regarding this concern. Because billing reviews and any refund requests require access to private account information, we recommend continuing the discussion through that existing case.

I was also unable to locate any active subscriptions or 2026 charges associated with the account(s) used to post to this public discussion. If the charge was processed under a different Adobe account, you can review the details in your open case.

If you have additional questions or would like to provide additional information or documentation, please update case ADB-47311831-S7M6 through the Adobe Customer Support Portal. Instructions for accessing and managing your support case can be found here:

We can continue assisting you through your existing case, @elegant_Light9d4f.
