Refund still not received after more than 7 business days
Hello. I would like to ask for help regarding my refund concern.
I have already followed up with Adobe Support, but I still have not received my refund even though it has been more than 7 business days. A previous support agent also left the conversation without resolving my concern.
I understand that I should not share personal details publicly, so I can provide my case number or account details privately to an Adobe staff member if needed.
Can someone from Adobe please help review this and advise me on the next step? Thank you.
