Refund Still Not Reflected or Credited on my Card

I receive an email from Adobe which state that they refunded the amount automatically deducted from my card after cancelling a plan, however it is already beyond the 5-7 days period yet the refund amount (2,816 PHP) is still not reflected on my card statement. Please fix this.
