Refund with Mobile Acrobat Purchase

Question

I purchased a subscription on the mobile app, but cancelled within the free trial period. How can I be eligible for the refund since the chatbot is telling me to follow the instructions through Apple, yet Apple is telling me there are no refunds eligible.
