Question

Refunds

I had $171 taken from my account on Friday night with no warning. I couldn't afford for this money to be taken out. Terms and conditions say if you cancel plan within 14 days you get a full refund so I canceled it straight away and was wondering if I will get my full refund? I'm short on rent this week now this is a massive inconvenience.

Why did you give your VISA card to Adobe if you had no intention of paying for the software & services you ordered???  If you can't afford it, you should not be using your card in the first place.

I'm very sorry for your finanical difficulty but you should have read the TERMS you agreed to.   A free trial is 7 days only.  On day 8, it automatically debits your card for the 12 month subscription.

in addition to chat per @LinSims, you can use phone or twitter.

phone - https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter - tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

$171 is an odd amount. That's way too low for a full year of All Apps paid once and way too high for the full year paid monthly.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

CHAT: Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help:

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.

If that doesn't work, try this link, which opens a chat window directly:

$171.47. It's been showing in my account that payment has been pending since Friday night and today they cleared it and took the money. Not happy

again, contact support. complaining to other users like us might get sympathy, but won't trigger a refund.
