I PAYED 238,68 TO ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE IRELAND LTD ON 7/9/24 BUT ON MY ADOBE ACCOUNT STILL I DONT HAVE ANY PLAN INCLUDED

Maybe your plan is under another Adobe ID (email)?

Can you confirm with PayPal that the payment was actually debited from your account?

As I understand you purchased a plan, however, you don't see any details of the plan. I checked the Adobe ID which you are using with this community, and it does not have any active subscription. 

Did you receive an email at the time of purchase? Please make sure you are signed in with correct Adobe ID to see the active plans.

then you have no subscription under the id which you checked.
