I am writing to request clarification and reimbursement regarding an issue with my subscription. Although I cancelled my Adobe plan earlier this year, I have continued to be charged for three consecutive months: April, May, and June. The total amount charged is €24.36
I would also like to highlight that I did not use the service during this period. If you check your records, you will see that there has been no activity on my account since the cancellation.
I kindly ask you to review my account, confirm the cancellation date, and process a reimbursement for the incorrect charges. Please also ensure that no further payments are taken.
