Reimbursement & cancellation
On the 23rd my prepaid yearly subscription has been paid automatically as I forgot to cancel my subscription. As this is 700euros which I currently can't miss, I tried to immediately cancel my subscription as it mentioned it would be reimbursed if the cancellation was within 14 days. However, after more than 5 working days I still haven't received the reimbursement. I can't contact anyone via the email adress provided with my invoice 'inbox is full'. Moreover my Creative Cloud is also shut down so now I can't use the programms nor have I received my 700+ euros back!
Please help me with this.
