Reimbursement & cancellation

On the 23rd my prepaid yearly subscription has been paid automatically as I forgot to cancel my subscription. As this is 700euros which I currently can't miss, I tried to immediately cancel my subscription as it mentioned it would be reimbursed if the cancellation was within 14 days. However, after more than 5 working days I still haven't received the reimbursement. I can't contact anyone via the email adress provided with my invoice 'inbox is full'. Moreover my Creative Cloud is also shut down so now I can't use the programms nor have I received my 700+ euros back! 

 

Please help me with this.

I see that the susbcription was cancelled and the refund was also processed. The refund is complete and you should be able to see the amount in your account. If not, kindly contact your back for the same.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

 

does it show what you expect?  if not, contact adobe.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
