Reinstate a deactivated email address
As the title says, an email address was mistakenly deactivated and I have found it so challenging to access support and get an answer that I'm finally coming here. I only use one email address with my paid subscriptions, so if I can't find a way to make it work then I want to be able to subscribe.
The last time I tried chat support it seemed like they could fix it and then after half an hour they figured they couldn't.
So I'm looking for an email address to ask support so that I don't have to suffer on chat again or someone that's aware of the permanency of a deactivated email address. It was an error on Adobe side that they deactivated the wrong email address but it's been like a few years now and I haven't been able to get it fixed. I've contacted support a couple times a year I guess.
