Reinstate my access

I canceled my subscription because the recent changes are bothersome. However, my current subscription is paid until Mar 7, 2024. Please reinstate access to photos or send me a refund for 7 months.

regarding your cc files after cancellation:


You can continue to access your Creative Cloud files on your computer and the Creative Cloud website, subject to a 2-GB cloud storage limit. If you’re over the 2-GB cloud storage limit when you cancel, you have 30 days to move files out of cloud storage.

Contact Adobe customer support for this. If you have an annual prepaid account, access is granted until the last day of your prepaid account when you cancel.

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
