Rembolso

hola me llamo antony quiero informar que realicé el pago  por la compra de dos programas: Adobe Illustrator y Adobe Photoshop. Posteriormente, solicité un reembolso a través del soporte de Adobe. Sin embargo, el monto reembolsado no fue el total de lo que pagué originalmente.

Solicito una revisión de mi caso ya que solo fue devuelto la mitad del monto original y la restitución del monto faltante correspondiente al pago original.

Quedo a la espera de su pronta respuesta y resolución. gracias

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
