Bonjour, 

J'ai essayé d'installer adope première pro en passant par l'option essai gratuit formule étudiant. Sauf que comme mon ordi est trop vieux (2012), adope première pro ne peut y être installé. J'ai donc annulé l'essai le jour même. À ma grande surprise (très désagréable) j'ai été débité par Adobe de 19,50 aujourd'hui. J'aimerai svp être remboursé.

otherwise, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
