Remboursement prélèvement d'un abonnement que je souhaite pas

J'ai constaté un prélèvement d'un abonnement premium suite a la fin de la période d'essai d'un montant de 31€. je ne souhaite pas renouveler mon abonnement et je n'ai pas reçu un message pour me dire que la période d'essai est finie, je vous demande le remboursement de ce prélèvement svp ? 

 

J'ai annulé l'abonnement après 1 jour seulement

    Bonjour. J'ai été prélevé de 240 balles pour une "Texturation Substance 3d". Comment puis-je demandé un remboursement specifiquement pour ca ?

    you have to cancel within two weeks of the trial start.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    De abode. Com le problème mem après mon désabonnement au period d'essai il mon prélevé 36 $ et le deuxième mois aussi il mon prélevé 30 mem après la confirmation de désabonnement ce sont des arnaquer professionnels

    bonjour normalement j'avais un essai de 7 jours gratuit et on m'a débité de 69.99€ je ne trouve pas ça normal j'ai demandé au play store un remboursement il m'a envoyé un message  en me disant non 

     

    Je veux être remboursé je ne trouve pas ça normal
