Renew cancelled plan???

I cancelled my 1-year Indesign subscription at the start of January because I wasn't sure if I needed it for another year. It was scheduled to renew at the start of February.

 

Now the plan is cancelled but my situation has changed I want it to renew. How to do that? I don't see that option under plans and my attempt to buy another subscription was rejected (probably because this subscription is still active). 

 

Maybe I can just wait until this subscription expires in February and renew then?

 

Otherwise: Is there are customer support number somewhere that I can call (I am in Germany)?
