renewal date

Question

the account page does not clearly state what the renewal date is, i can see from a lot of questioning that this is an issue for alot of people,

my plan started on 21/9/2020 yet today i go to cancel and it's going to charge me $22 cancellation fee.

please confirm what date i can cancel without having to pay a further cancellation fee.

My next payment date is plainly listed under Billing & Payment column in my online account. See screenshot.

To avoid penalty fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel. In my case that would be after March 5, 2022 but before April 5, 2022 when it automatically renews.
