    Hi @AllisterNaipaul,

We appreciate you writing in. As per your account info, you have an active subscription for Lightroom Mobile and the Creative Cloud subscription for desktop was cancelled on May 7, 2022.

Perhaps, this is the reason you're getting the message to renew the subscription.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Regards,

    Shivangi

The plan I had got was the 9.99 a month Lightroom plan with 1TB. That covers Lightroom desktop and mobile! So I'm not understanding.

If what @kglad mentioned does not resolve the issue then checkout the following link as well.

    check your accounts, http://account.adobe.com

if that shows what you expect, sign out and then in to both cc apps using the same id/password used to check your account.

----------in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
