Renewal of the student plan

Question

Hello, I have a problem. I bought a student plan when I was in high school about 3 years ago, but now I'm a college student. I think I got an extra year back then when I bought my license or something, but my plan will expire soon. I want to continue with my plan. I have a new student ID and I tried to refresh my plan, but I was denied. What can I do in this situation?

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
