Renewed monthly plan but paid twice in the month because plans overlapped

Hi, I have just negotiated a new annual plan for Adobe subscription after my price jumped on a rolling plan at the start of this month. I paid a price jump once in this month which would cover the 4 weeks after that payment date. When I rang up today to ask to renegotiate the price of my monthly subscription, the agent said that the new annual plan would begin today and a new payment taken - but this is only 2 weeks after I paid for the month ahead. I am therefore being charged twice in the month by Adobe which seems unfair.

    Thanks for reaching out, @ChrisGAllanCreative.

I appreciate your continued use of our services, and I can understand why being charged for two overlapping plans in the same month would be frustrating.

I can confirm that you already have an active support case, ADB-46702267-R3T1, which remains open. Since billing reviews require access to account-specific information, the team working on that case is best positioned to investigate the charges and explain what happened.

If you have any more questions after your interaction with our support team, or if you need to provide new information, please reply directly in your existing support case instead of creating a new request. Keeping everything within case ADB-46702267-R3T1 helps ensure the team has the full history available while they continue their review.

Please continue working with the team on case ADB-46702267-R3T1, and feel free to update this discussion with any general questions that may help others encountering a similar situation, @ChrisGAllanCreative.

you shouldn’t have changed plans until your current term was close to ending.

nevertheless, you may be able to wrangle a partial refund if you make your case to adobe support using chat to reach an agent.
