Renewing subscriptions

A few weeks ago I wanted to convert pdf bank statements to csv, and downloaded some stuff from Adobe to do this. Nothing worked satisfactorily, so, when I saw that was the case I cancelled everythng I downloaded within a couple of days to avoid any charges. However, I’m getting notifications that my Credit Card number is incorrect and I cannot contact Adobe anymore. The charge refers to Acrobat Pro of which I’ve had in varioue iterations for more than 20 years. I bought that when I could and it works just fine. So, I’m resisting updating my CC details as I’m not keen on adding any charges for my Adobe stuff, including Acrobat Pro. I’m not aware that my current Acrobat has been updated - Version 10.1.16.13 and there doesn’t seem to have been any attempt to update it. I’ve written to Adobe about this when I could expaling all the above but had no response.
