Hello. I'm being charged $19.99/month and when I sign into my Adobe account I have no subscriptions. I need  these reoccurring payments to stop.

Correct answer John T Smith

If your account does not show a subscription, and you do not have another email, contact the fraud people at your credit card

This happened with my account as well. I have been charged monthly sum of Rs.638 for a subscription that does not exist!
It deducts under the name of Adobe.systems. I don't even know where this money is going to!

Adobe, when you know that you have tons of the same issue being reported in your community and across various forums, why haven't you taken any step in avoiding this scam. The least is try to improve your payment services across.
Building a bad reputation for a software that will soon go obsolete, try fizzling out with some respect at the least.

@SreeM3

that makes no sense.  once credit card info is comprimised, it can be uses anywhere.  the vendor has no way to determine whether the card is being used by someone with authorization, or not.

Yes this happened to me too! It's so difficult to stop and then they want to charge more for cancellation! I don't need this stuff and they are just taking it out auto pay that I didn't sign up for I don't know what to do? I have been trying

@eno_bi-hop0250

you have no idea why you're being charged?  or did you start a trial that you forgot to cancel?

I didn't understand that I had a trial
I payed to use acrobat to send an important doc ... I get it that it may have been part of some subscription but I didn't know what I was doing? I understand that now . I just think it's bad practice to take advantage of me and then have me feel stupid for doing something I didn't know I was doing? So yeah I probably did to answer your question ... it's not easy to resolve and it's costing me. I don't need pro services that somehow default to services I never wanted or needed. So if you think yeah it's my own fault for not knowing then you go live in your world of unfair practices
I don't need to be judged for things I don't understand how . I just know it's not right

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, <Removed by Moderator>
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I'm letting you know the issue on here, why do I need to to to Twiiter. I don't have a Twitter account. I just want the charges to stop.

you need to contact adobe support.  this is not adobe support. neither i, nor anyone else here, can resolve your billing problem.
