Reoccurring payment without paid account

Adobe charges me 25 euro every month but I don't have an paid account. They have double checked already and this is indeed the case. Regardless, Adobe keeps charging me every month. Where does this come from? I have tried chatbox, but they closed the item several times or did not answer anymore at some point. This has cost me already 125 euro. Is there a contact adress? Email or telephone for these kind of complaints. Thank you

This is happening to me too. I had a free trial that I cancelled. Yet, I am still getting charged, despite that I have no paid account. Chat is the only support available, but I can't talk to a live agent, because--funnily enough--I don't have a paid account lol. Not sure how to talk to someone to resolve this.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks. I just paid for a plan so I can talk to an agent and resolve the issue. I will cancel the plan within 14 days for a full refund.
