Report an inappropriate response from an employee in private chat

Greetings,

A moment ago I had a problem with one of your employees via chat from my personal account when requesting information about my contract.
His response was offensive regarding my personal life and I consider it important to make it known to you because the person responds on behalf of the company.
I can't find a contact where I can make the report.
I appreciate the reply.

    It's all in Spanish.  I don't understand much of the transcript, sorry.  But the virtual assistant is artificial intelligence-driven.  It's possible you were chatting with a robot instead of a human agent.

     

    I suggest you contact Adobe Support again and this time ask for an AGENT followed by the Enter key.  Please be patient.  Due to staffing shortages, you may need to wait for an available human.
