Hello Adobe Team,
My Adobe account email is <Removed by Moderator>
I started a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat on 17 January 2026 using PayPal payment .
Just 2 day after (19 January 2026 at 20:30 PM), I immediately canceled the automatic payment.
However, 35.99€ was still deducted from my PayPal account.

Please verify my account and kindly issue a refund since the payment was made, one week after I canceled the subscription.
I also checked Manage Subscriptions on the Adobe app, and I don't have any active subscriptions linked to you, nor do I have any on the App Store, as you can see in the attached file.
I can provide screenshots or more details if needed.
