I was charged for my monthly subscription when I intended to cancel. I cancelled after being charged and I’d like a refund!

    One of your subscriptions is still active. Please complete the self-cancel process listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html soon if you wish to receive the automatic refund mentioned by ​@kglad.

    refunds are automatic and complete within 14 days, if you qualfy.
