I have accidently purchase adobe subscription I already cancelled the subscription how can I get the refund?

I don’t understand after cancel everythin adobe charged me again $214 why? What is going on?

Today I charged twice, First $39 then I asked support for refund they told me it will take 5-7 days now again I charged $214 again I asked support for refund, So am I getting total $253.09 refund?
